Rivian Plans 75 Million-Share Offering to Raise Cash and Meet DOE Funding Commitments
Rivian has launched an underwritten public offering of 75 million Class A shares and could sell another 11.25 million through an underwriter option. The EV maker plans to use the cash for general corporate purposes and equity commitments tied to its U.S. Department of Energy loan.
