1. Do I really need a skid plate if my Cybertruck already has a factory underbody?
Yes. Because key areas of the factory underbody are still exposed. Daily driving can lead to rock chips, scraping, mud buildup, and water exposure, which may affect components over time. A skid plate adds an extra layer of protection and peace of mind, especially for rough roads or off-road use.
2. Will adding a skid plate affect cooling or airflow?
No. The design includes multiple airflow channels, cooling holes, and reinforced pathways to maintain proper heat dissipation while still providing solid protection.
