2023 EVBASE Tesla Model Y Parasol retráctil Techo solar con estilo de tela en rollo

This is my 2nd Tesla and having the new 2026 Model Y Juniper, this retractable sunshade is a game changer, I live in Florida, so 7 mths are insanely hot. Having this smooth retractable shade gives us the shade needed when parked, an full exposure to the sunroof whenever needed. The installation literally took me 15 mins, one person, all is prepped outside the car, then advance the 2 front seat and flip down the back seats, place the full assembled sunshade through the rear truck and rest it on the front seat head rests, climb into the back seat and sit facing the front and in the middle of the sunshade opened. position the levers frontwards and slip it between the frame and glass, it slips right into place, turn around and turn one back lever facing back an slip into place, push up the full frame of the sunshade and then screw open the last lever and it will slip into place. That's it, done and couldn't be happier. The color matches almost perfectly. Great product , a real must have!

Good purchase as it doesn't need to be removed seasonally. It is easy to install and it looks good. Maybe the sides could be little more narrow for bigger/better view.

Good product!

Installation was mildly easy. Took me about 25 mins by myself. Included are some small foam cushions with an adhesive back. Highly recommend you use these on points on the metal frame that might contact the glass. I went the extra step and add some of my own. Just preventive measures in case the metal frame hits the glass roof. Overall works great. I went with this model instead of the motorized model, because you know sooner or later the motors on those screens will break. Then it will be a pain to take it apart. Sometimes simplicity is better.

What a wonderful and elegant solution to the sunshade need for the tesla. Looks so good, like it was factory installed by Tesla, themselves. You wouldnt beleive it's a third party product. Smooth operation and so convenient. Installation was very tricky, though. I panicked at first and almost worried that I had to return it. But after 2 or 3 Youtube videos, I finally figured it out and now it's perfect!

In the summer you NEED a roof sunshade, and this one makes it looks as close to OEM as you're going to get. It's amazing the temp difference between it being open and closed in the middle of the day. However you NEED 2 people to put it up correctly, I tried to do it myself at first and bent one part of it, making it hard to open/close. But I contacted EVBASE customer service and they are very graciously sending me a new one :) If I need anything else for my Model Y I will check out EVBASE first.
