Free Shipping Worldwide
EVBASE offers free shipping worldwide, you don't need to pay extra shipping cost.
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs duties/duties imposed by your country (the US does not charge customs duties). We bear the shipping cost to all destination countries, and we do not bear the import tax due to different countries have different policies.
All our products are shipped and delivered by well known companies across the United States such as UPS, USPS and DHL.All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.After processing your order, free shipping takes around 3-7 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at its final destination.To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through shipping process.If you received a tracking number via e-mail, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from “On Its Way” to “In Transit”, it only takes about 3-7 business days to arrive for Shipping.We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. The return address is in the US warehouse(USA Pomona California).To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
Returns must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. Used/open electronics are not eligible for returns.All products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
