Installation:
1. Clean the surface as completely as possible.
2. Measure the length between the left and right sides of the car's rear and mark it with tape, making the spoiler in the middle.
3. Attach the 3M tape on the spoiler. Then apply the adhesion promoter on the car's surface. (The adhesion promoter is hidden in the foam sandwich of the package.)
4. Peel off the tape and carefully place the spoiler on the car. Then fix it with tape for several hours.
5. Do not let the spoiler get wet in 1-2 days after installation.

Installed the red-striped version on my week old red model Y and it is pretty impressive. The only improvement might be an attempt to better match the stripe to the Ultra Red paint, but I understand that might be very pricey. The kit includes additional double stick tape and masking tape that was very convenient. The unit sits nicely atop the car for dry fitting.
After centering, I ran a long piece of masking tape over center, drew a Sharpie line in the middle, cut the sections on the car, and then started the peeling. I used tweezers to start the peeling with only the center part sticky and upper and lower peeling tails organized top and bottom.
Took a deep breath and pushed the center in place with just a minor adjustment to one side. Pulled off the remaining tails and then pressed really hard for a few minutes.
I absolutely love this splitter!! So easy to install and it looks so good!!! It is definitely worth it.

It comes down to personal preference but glossy paint deserves the glossy spoiler. Perfect fit for car and me.
