This refund policy applies only to evbase.com online purchase orders.

1. To start a return, you can contact us at service@evbase.com we will handle your case in 2 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. We will feedback to you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

If the product is a customized product and in production, no refund or return without quality problems. After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your return refund or assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement.

Return Qualification Requirements:
1). Orders exceed 1 months do not accept return or exchange of goods
2). Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 1 months;
To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund instructions:
You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is shipped via free shipping, a 15% restocking fee would be charged to cover our expense in shipping costs. For unshipped items, a 5% card processing fee will also be applied.

Returns are only available for items with retail prices above $100. Any items that were purchased for less than $100 are final sale. Still in its original packaging, and retain all certificates, guarantees, authenticity cards, original invoices, and gifts.

The product was found intact and in compliance with the original purchase conditions.
Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. we may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example, if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact after-sales customer service immediately.
