Return&Exchange Policy

Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 3 months.

To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

1、Wheels covers must be fit checked on the vehicle before mounting tires on them.

Wheel Covers are not returnable.

2、If the product is the customized product and in the production, no refund or return without quality problems. 

3、We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4、Returns are only available for items with retail price above $100. 

Return Process

  1. EMAIL US 
    - Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
    - Professional suggestions will be offered. In addition, our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.


Return Shipping Costs & Address

  2. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
