I got the sunshade really quick. I proceeded to install it right away. After doing all the work, the sunshade didn’t work and I immediately emailed evbase… They gave me some direction where I was able to test and turned out to be that my Tesla had that 12v plug disconnected, so check on that if the sunshade doesn’t work. Please use a 12v external power supply and test it before you install it.

Have had the rack for a couple weeks now. My 2025 did not have the two highest pockets cut out of the plastic cover on the roof sides. Not a problem, there are 5 equally placed hold downs where cover is snapped down ... popped it off with a butter knife. Measure and cut slots with a multitool, then snap back down. Installation is straight forward after that. Like it says, leave hardware slightly loose to adjust and tighten after everything is aligned. The only problem was the front wind deflector which sits on glass top with a strip of foam tape to avoid scratching glass. I did not like that so I do not have it up there. Maybe there is a wind efficiency penalty but if so it should be minimal? It gets positive remarks on the looks, is rigid once all hardware is secured and is light weight. Good value for the money.
